ONLINE REGISTRATION

Please read carefully and see if you are right for our program before registering.

Enroll your child at THINK & WRITE if you agree with us.

  • We do not believe in drilling students with ineffective workbooks
  • Our faculty members are NYS licensed teachers with a Masters degree in the subject field
  • We only have small group sessions with teacher to student ratio of 2:1, 3:1, 4:1
  • Our teachers give customized lessons suited for each student’s learning ability
  • We communicate well with everyone
  • We focus not only on a student’s learning process, but also on each child’s inner growth and development
  • We want our students to enjoy coming to learn on their own without their parents forcing them
  • At our education center, students are encouraged to participate in field trips to Europe and broaden their perspectives in life.
  • Through the experiences at THINK & WRITE, students find what makes them happy in this world and discover their importance in the community
  • Developing leadership and being an excellent team player is more important than being always number one in school

This is not the right program for you and your child if:

  • You are too busy to communicate with your child
  • You expect your child to improve overnight or after one semester
  • You want your child to only get into an Ivy League
  • Your child has issues with time management and this issue is out of control at home
  • You expect us to raise your child above and beyond academics
  • Your child is disrespectful toward others
  • You are not punctual and forget to provide rides or the learning materials for your child
  • You only want your child to be the best in this world

ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

We (student and parent) applied and wish to enroll in this program solely for the purpose of enrichment in the various academic subjects. We understand that all techniques, materials, and printed course materials are the exclusive property of Arrondi Enriched Learning and Consulting, Inc. (“Company”). We agree that we will not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any materials obtained from the Company to third parties without the prior written consent of the Company. When requested, we agree to provide the Company with a copy of the student's previous school student progress reports and the results from the previous year's standardized exams.

We fully understand that the Company may, on rare occasions, change course schedules and locations, or cancel a course. The Company will notify us if this occurs and provide make-ups for such cancellations at no extra charge. We understand that when the Company offers a couple of options for the make-up schedule, we must choose from the provided dates and time.

We understand that course size is limited and enrollment is taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Discounts are also on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to discount deadlines, expiration dates, and availability. The Company may dismiss/cancel any student(s) who has not fully paid by the first day of enrollment or who, in Company opinion, is disruptive. There will be no make-ups for the Company closings due to natural causes, including any life-threatening storms, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, and terrorist attacks. Since the global pandemic, virtual classes are now optional. There will be no make-ups for the Company closings when the internet providers or virtual classroom platforms are down. For private lesson cancellations, you must notify the Company at least seven days prior to the scheduled lesson for any events, notify the Company two days prior to the scheduled lesson for any family related situations, and notify the Company at least a day prior to the schedule lesson for any illnesses fo the student (a doctor's note may be requested by the Company). When the private lesson is canceled on the day of the lesson, there will be no make-up class and the missed lesson will be counted as a completed lesson.

Full payments for the programs and any trips are due within 14 days of registration. There will be no refund after that and the tuition balance will be automatically charged on the credit card. There will be no credits or roll-overs. Payments by credit card are subject to a mandatory 4% convenience fee. Any late tuition payments will incur a 4% monthly finance charge (4% of the total including prior late fees). If you prefer to pay by check or cash, all payments must be remitted and received within 14 days of registration. All checks should be made payable to THINK & WRITE.
