Korean Traditional Music and Dance Center (KTMDC) The Korean Traditional Music and Dance Center is the oldest established Korean performing arts organization in New York City founded in 1987. KTMDC specializes in teaching and performing Korean traditional arts and by doing so, we strive to play the role of an unofficial diplomat, and share and preserve Korea’s rich and vibrant culture with the surrounding community. Ki Body And Spirit is a health and wellness center offering all kinds of classes, programs, and services for children, teens, and adults meant to support both mind and body. This includes events and workshops around nutrition, posture, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and much more! Our aim is to create an environment and COMMUNITY that optimizes the entire individual and supports them physically, mentally, and emotionally. We offer kendo, yoga (including aerial and wall yoga as well!), gymnastics, pilates, dance, physical fitness classes, and Qi Gong, with many more additional classes constantly being added, from trainers and instructors with decades of experience and many personal accomplishments.
