First, submit a notice of intent to homeschool within 14 days of beginning homeschooling, followed by the Individualized Home Instruction Plan
(IHIP). Make sure to formally withdraw your child from currently enrolled school.
Second, register your child online at THINK & WRITE and enroll your child into our homeschool curriculum that covers the core subjects of Math, Science, Foreign Language (German, French, Italian, Chinese, Spanish), English Language Arts, Social Studies and History.
Once your child is enrolled, your child would need some time to adjust so please be understanding.
We will provide you with quarterly homeschool reports and annual evaluation tests (until third grade). Then starting in fourth grade, the students will need to participate in the nationally approved achievement tests every two years until eighth grade and every year from grade 9 through 12.
If your child is in high school, please note that some universities and colleges have varying requirements for homeschool students. We will structure the curriculum and testing based on this information for the individual student to meet the requirements throughout high school.
Our homeschool curriculum is available via virtual learning and in person. For more information, please contact the office and schedule a consultation.
